We are interested in studying the function of cytokines in the immune system during health and disease. We seek to understand how cytokines coordinate immune homeostasis, immune reconstitution, and immune responses. For this purpose we use modified cytokine formulations for the immunotherapy of cancer, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and in leukocyte stem cell therapy.
